Methodology
Wellington follows ISO/SEI CMM benchmarks to provide outsourced software development services. Wellingtons’ approach to design and develop software applications is based upon industry standard practices such as Rational Unified Process, Waterfall Methodology, Spiral Development, Iterative Development, Prototyping, etc. Wherever possible, Wellington uses Rapid Application Development (RAD) frameworks and re-usable components to reduce the development timelines. Depending upon the project dynamics & client preferences, Wellington applies the most optimum development methodologies backed up by efficient Project Management functions like Risk Management, Change Management, Version Control, etc.
Wellington has in-house skill pool of experienced Project Managers and Technical Consultants. Wellington invests a lot in employee training, be it in new technologies or Project Management certifications (PMP), quality certifications, etc. In near future, Wellington will be going for SEI CMM Level 4 certification.
