The Fitness Center is so complete that professional instructors are now providing
individually tailored exercise and training programs in addition to regular group
classes.
The type of equipment and staffing experience we have allows us to design a training
course for a personalized regimen. It can combine cardiovascular exercise, crossarobics,
stretching, pulling and wind-down with muscle toning, all balanced to suit the person's
age, physical and nutritional needs.
In addition, the staff tailors training specifically to the activity each person
enjoys, including tennis, golf and equestrian sports.
Also on hand at the Fitness Center are experienced and knowledgeable massage therapists
and yoga instructors to massage, relax and refresh you after a hard morning of tennis,
golf or riding.
