Paul Duncan

Paul Duncan has over 12 years of experience creating software for the mortgage, financial, consumer relations, marketing, and retail industries.
Paul comes from RolloverSystems, where he was Director of Technology Architecture, responsible for the design and development of software systems to assist consumers and financial institutions with 401(k)-to-IRA migrations.
As an early member of the LendingTree team, Paul designed and developed numerous systems for the mortgage program aggregator in his role as Technical Lead, including the corporate web site, middle-tier architecture, and third party integration initiatives.
In 2001, Paul co-founded and developed CoreLeads, LLC, an innovative online mortgage lead aggregator.
His experience also includes acting as Manager of Web & Database Technologies for the direct marketing firm, The Convergency, Senior Consultant for marchFirst, a technology consultancy firm, and System Architect for Pharos Software, a customer relationship management software company.
Paul resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, with his wife and daughter.
